1. Who We Are
The promoter is: Prezzo Trading Limited, registered office: Prezzo Support Office, Unit G6, 116 Upper St, Islington Grn, London N1 1AB (“Prezzo Italian”).
This Competition is run in partnership with Malfy Gin.
2. The Competition
The title of the competition is: Win your dream little Italian escape to Venice Italy for 4 people.
The Prize:
One (1) winner will receive an Italian escape to Venice for four (4) adults (the “Prize”).
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except:
a. Employees of Prezzo Italian or any of its group companies,
b. Employees of Malfy Gin, Pernod Ricard, or any of their group companies,
c. Anyone professionally connected with the Competition,
d. Close relatives of the above.
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are legally permitted to receive alcohol.
Prezzo Italian reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Competition.
Only one entry per person will be counted in the prize draw.
4. How to Enter
The Competition opens on 1 January and closes at 11:59pm on 31 January (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
To enter, participants must dine at a participating Prezzo Italian restaurant during the promotional period and follow the entry instructions as communicated in the associated promotional materials.
Only entries that meet all stated criteria will be considered valid.
5. The Prize
The Prize consists of an Italian escape to Venice for four (4) adults, including:
- Return flights from London to Venice
- Return water taxi transfers in Venice
- Three (3) nights’ luxury hotel accommodation in Venice (minimum 4*), based on two double or twin rooms
- Daily breakfast
- One (1) hour private gondola tour with drinks and snacks
- Dinner and drinks at a top local Venetian restaurant, up to the value of £75 per person, including gratuity
- Winner management
- Travel prizes protected in the UK and abroad – Element London ABTOT 5467
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. Travel dates are subject to availability and exclusion periods may apply.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
Winner selection will take place on 3 February.
The winner will be contacted within 5 business days of the selection date using the contact details provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 3 business days, Prezzo Italian reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must accept the Prize within 3 business days of notification.
The Prize may not be claimed by a third party.
8. Complimentary Cocktail Promotion
Guests who dine with Prezzo Italian during January will receive a complimentary Malfy Gin cocktail to enjoy in February.
This offer is valid throughout February, excluding 14th and 15th February, subject to availability and participating locations. No cash alternative is available.
9. Publicity
Prezzo Italian may publish the surname and county of the winner for one month following the announcement.

Prezzo Italian and Malfy Gin are not responsible for:
- Lost, delayed, or corrupted entries,
- Technical issues affecting entry,
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the Prize, except where caused by their negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Prezzo Italian’s Privacy Policy:

Prezzo Italian reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including fraud or technical issues.
These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
