1. Who we are
The promoter is: Prezzo Trading Limited, registered office: Prezzo Support Office, Unit G6, 116 Upper St, Islington Grn, London N1 1AB (“Prezzo”).
2. The Competition
The title of the competition is: Win Free Tiramisu for a Year and a £1000 Prezzo Italian gift card (the “Competition”).
The Prize:
One winner will receive:
- A voucher package entitling them to one free tiramisu per week for 52 weeks, redeemable only at Prezzo Italian; and
- A £1000 Prezzo Italian gift card, redeemable at any Prezzo Italian restaurant, from January 1st 2026 (together, the “Prize”).
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over with any name beginning with Su.
The following are not eligible to enter:
a. Employees of Prezzo Italian or any of its group companies,
b. Anyone professionally connected with the Competition, and
c. Close relatives of the above.
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and can claim the Prize if selected.
Prezzo reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, forged, or otherwise tampered with.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
The Competition opens 18th November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 16th December 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
To enter, sign up via the designated landing page. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
The winner will receive:
- One voucher per week for a free tiramisu for 52 weeks; and
- A £1000 Prezzo Italian gift card, redeemable at Prezzo Italian restaurants from 1st January 2026.
The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be used by the named winner only.
The Prize may be subject to blackout dates or restrictions, which will be outlined in the voucher terms.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted by 19th December 2025 via the contact details provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, Prezzo Italian reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must accept the Prize within 3 business days of being contacted.
Vouchers will be issued digitally or via post and can only be redeemed at Prezzo Italian.
The Prize cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
8. Publicity
Prezzo Italian may publish the surname and county of the winner for one month following the winner announcement.

9. Liability
Prezzo is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with the Prize except where caused by negligence.

Prezzo reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms where necessary.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
