Prezzo Italian – Pasta Club Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
The promoter is: Prezzo Italian Trading Limited, registered office: Prezzo Italian Support Office, Unit G6, 116 Upper St, Islington Grn, London N1 1AB (“Prezzo”).
2. The Competition
The title of the competition is: Win a Spot in the Prezzo Pasta Club (the “Competition”).
The Prize:
Five winners will each receive a spot in the exclusive Prezzo Italian Pasta Club. Each winner will receive, starting from January 2026, one free pasta main course per week for 52 weeks, redeemable at any Prezzo Italian restaurant across the UK (the “Prize”).
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except:
a. Employees of Prezzo Italian or any of its group companies,
b. Anyone professionally connected with the Competition, and
c. Close relatives of the above.
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and can claim the Prize if selected.
Prezzo Italian reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, forged, or otherwise tampered with.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
The Competition opens on 24th October 2025 and closes at 23:59pm on 14th November 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
To enter, sign up via the designated landing page. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
Each winner will receive one voucher per week for a free pasta main course for 52 weeks - Only redeemable from January 2026.
Vouchers can be redeemed at any Prezzo Italian restaurant in the UK.
The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be used by the named winner only.
The Prize may be subject to blackout dates or restrictions, which will be outlined in the voucher terms.
6. Winner Selection
Five winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
Winners will be contacted by 18th November 2025 via the contact details provided during entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, Prezzo Italian reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Claiming the Prize
Winners must accept the Prize within 3 business days of being contacted.
Vouchers will be issued digitally or via post and can be redeemed at any Prezzo Italian restaurant.
The Prize cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
8. Publicity
Prezzo Italian may publish the surname and county of winners for one month following the winner announcement.

9. Liability
Prezzo Italian is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with the Prize, except where caused by negligence.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Prezzo Italian's Privacy Policy:

Prezzo Italian reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms where necessary.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
