Gabby's Dollhouse Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

The promoter is: Prezzo Trading Limited, registered office: Prezzo Support Office, Unit G6, 116 Upper St, Islington Grn, London N1 1AB (“Prezzo”).

2. The Competition

The title of the competition is: Win a Family Trip to Rome – Gabby’s Dollhouse x Prezzo (the “Competition”).

3. The Prize

One winner will receive a family prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, including:

• Roundtrip economy flights from London, UK to Rome, Italy (inclusive of airport taxes, fees and duties).
• Roundtrip airport transfers in Rome.
• 2 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in Rome (quadruple occupancy room with breakfast).
• Guided Golf Cart Tour of Rome (2.5 hours).
• Bath & Body Party at a handmade cosmetics store (1.5 hours of activities, product-making kit, and exclusive product to take home).
• Lunch at a Cat Café (to the value of £35 per person, including gratuity).
• Admission to Rome’s Botanical Gardens.
• One box of custom Cakey Cat inspired cupcakes delivered to the hotel room.
• Travel insurance.
• Winner management service provided by Element London Ltd.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.

4. Eligibility

The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except:
a. Employees of Prezzo Italian, Universal Pictures International, Element London, or any of their group companies,
b. Anyone professionally connected with the Competition, and
c. Close relatives of the above.

By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and can claim the Prize if selected.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.
The Competition opens on Friday 3rd October 2025 and closes at 23:59pm on Sunday 2nd November 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
To enter, sign up via the designated landing page. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted by Friday 7th November 2025 via the contact details provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, Prezzo reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must accept the Prize within 3 business days of being contacted.
All bookings will be managed by Element London Ltd. A professional Winner Manager will arrange and confirm all prize elements directly with the winner.
The Prize cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.

8. Additional Prize Conditions

• The recipients must travel together on the same itinerary.
• At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; under-18s require parental/guardian permission.
• Flights may be indirect; itinerary and accommodation will be selected at the Prize Provider’s discretion.
• The winner must provide three preferred travel dates (in three separate months) at least six weeks before departure.
• The Prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January, over UK public holidays, or Easter Sunday.
• Prize is valid for 12 months from notification of winning; all travel must be completed within this time.
• A valid passport (min. 6 months’ validity on date of travel) is required for all travellers. Any visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner.
• Personal expenses, meals (other than those stated), incidentals, gratuities, and additional activities are not included.
• A valid credit or debit card will be required at hotel check-in for security deposit purposes.
• Once booked, the Prize cannot be amended or cancelled.

9. Publicity

Prezzo may publish the surname and county of the winner for one month following the winner announcement. If you object, please contact Prezzo Customer Services: https://www.prezzo.co.uk/contact-us/.

10. Liability

Prezzo is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with the Prize except where caused by negligence.

11. Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Prezzo’s Privacy Policy: https://www.prezzorestaurants.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
Any winner data shared with Element London Ltd will be processed in accordance with their Privacy Policy: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/.

12. General

Prezzo reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms where necessary.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
