The Role
You are the heartbeat of the restaurant’s success. Leading by example, you’ll oversee daily operations with precision—from managing stock and controlling costs to mentoring your team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the GM to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen with pride, consistency, and that signature "Hospitality Magic."
